Her manager Irving Azoff confirms to Billboard she is currently in Miami, recording new tracks with longterm collaborator (and fellow Voice co-star) Pharrell. Azoff reveals that she plans to perform the lead single on The Voice later in the season. Interscope chairman John Janick has also revealed fresh details about the release.
He told Billboard in August that Gwen was aiming to finish the album so she could release it by December. She wants to drop it on the back of her role on The Voice. Janick also claimed Benny Blanco will executive produce, and it will come out in partnership with his label [Mad Love Records] as part of their overall deal with him.
She has reportedly shot a video already with Sophie Muller for her single 'Baby Don't Lie.' Bring it on!
