On the song, K. Michelle swaps her ratchetness for a big pop-rock ballad that still has some blended R&B elements to it. And for once, she's not the one picking her heart off the floor, rather, it's her doing the heartbreaking.
In deed, this route is very different for her but in a really good way. Nice progression, with lots of cross-over appeal to it.
