There was no love lost between
Leona Lewis and her former boss
Simon Cowell, when they had a friendly chat and cuddle last night.
The pair had a cosy natter when they attended dinner for supporters of The British Asian Trust in London. Cowell looked rather scruffy and unkempt, and being a first time dad at his age is clearly having an effect. He's also a hardcore smoker and drinks, so of course this will add on
an extra 10 years. Still, he looked happy to be on speaking terms with his most talented export. Leona dropped an album titled
'I Am' last year, which was basically about being liberated from her former label
Syco (owned by Cowell).
Unfortunately, the album badly under-performed, sales and chart wise. Despite their professional split, Leona was still invited to perform at last year's
X Factor finale with former winner
Ben Heanow (who confirmed he was dropped from Syco last week.) Leona showed up with her dad (peep him in the background below.)
