Ahead of her new album ‘Age of Pleasure’ next month, Janelle Monáe serves as Rolling Stone's latest cover star.

"I’m much happier when my titties are out and I can run around free," she says. Oh? And she was once recognised for being an actual artist. SMH.

    Her & Another young Artist were BORN with TALENT, have Amazing Vocals, Plays Instruments, Can Produce, Can Write & They Do This. FOR WHAT????

    in an era of disposable entertainment, an act has to up the ante to stay relevant but going for the shock antics no longer works--the last time it actually did, i think, was with Christina in her Stripped era. Monae can take off all of her clothes and would still probably fail to chart
