Kelly Rowland teams up with BET to find the next all star girl group, and releases the first trailer for her upcoming docu-series 'Chasing Destiny.'

Kelly embarks on a worldwide search to give young women a shot at super stardom. She has already contributed to manufacturing Little Mix during her season of X Factor (UK), so it will be interesting to see how she deals with managing her very own group. Fifth Harmony could do with some healthy competition. Look out for the show which is set to premiere April 5th on BET.
