Rihanna's 'ANTi' album set for major sales dip...

Hits Daily Double is reporting that Rihanna's new album 'ANTi' should pull in around 40-45K units (or 65-70K with streaming) in its third charting week. :(

'ANTi,' which topped the Billboard 200 this week, has been getting a lot of mixed reviews, but in my opinion, it's a very solid album. It just goes to show that a well planned promo roll-out makes all the difference to overall album sales. Giving away a million albums for free didn't do much except gain her a Platinum certification (without the actual sales to match.) It just shows that consumers weren't willing to part with their cash after receiving a legitimately free download. If Beyoncé puts her new album on Tidal, she is screwed!
