Alicia Keys debuts new single 'Blended Family' ft. A$AP Rocky ♫♫

Ever since Alicia Keys was hit with the “homewrecker” allegations, her career has never been the same since.

Her new single 'Blended Family (What You Do For Love)'  featuring A$AP Rocky, serves as a compassionate open letter to Kasseem Dean Jr. Kasseem is the oldest son of her husband Swizz Beatz. She doesn't apologize for the drama that occurred when she first started dating his father. However, she does tell the young fella how much she means to him despite him not being her biological son. Alicia lays her heart on the line over boom-bap percussion, shimmering piano and a simple acoustic guitar riff. 'Blended Family' is actually interesting. Cute, but nothing spectacular. Alicia has been silent for years and has never addressed the situation in her music directly. I guess they are looking for a "hit," but they might have left it too little too late. The track will appear on her sixth studio album 'Here,' due November 4th.
