Mariah Carey's bestie Da Brat explains to Gary Owen that a rumoured feud between the singer and Jay Z are simply NOT true (a rumour she shot down recently). She says Mariah left Roc Nation management simply because she needed a more hands-on approach to her career. Similarly, TMZ sources say she just wanted to downsize her management to a more intimate team. Overall, they are still on great terms and their dissolved partnership was amicable. As long as she doesn't return to Stella Deville, any management can be seen as an upgrade at this point.
