A year ago today, Britney Spears was freed from her 13 year conservatorship. The war may be won, but the battle continues. Her father and his legal team recently tried to publicly release her private medical records in what appears to be an attempt to humiliate her. Britney's lawyer Mathew Rosengart, argues that the move legally breaches his daughter's constitutional and common law privacy rights. He has asked for a motion for sanctions and contempt against Spears and his lawyers.
