Amid her impending divorce from Sam Asghari, Britney Spears is reportedly planning to record a new album. An insider tells Page Six, “She has an upcoming writers camp and is getting songs from some big artists.” In recent times, she has dropped two songs; “Hold Me Closer” with Elton John and “Mind Your Business” with Will.i.am. Her memoir, ‘The Woman In Me,’ drops on October 24th.
A divorce album dragging Sam through the mud would be all sorts of epic. Perhaps a trip back to the studio would be therapeutic for her. All that frustration and pent up anger, girl, channel it into some new songs.
