Beyoncé launches CÉCRED haircare line & Scholarship with SECOND Essence cover...

With Beyoncé officially launching her haircare line, CÉCRED, earlier today, a second cover for the March/April issue of ESSENCE magazine just landed. A stunning promo photo was also released in conjunction with today's opening. Cécred launched with a clarifying shampoo, scalp scrub, sealing lotion, and much more, made available at the CÉCRED shop. Fans are able to access individual products ranging from $30 to $52.

Additionally, shoppers can purchase the label’s Super Fan Bundle, which comes with an exclusive cosmetic bag for $265. Also launched was the CÉCRED x BeyGOOD fund, which will provide financial support to cosmetology students and professional hair stylists within the beauty industry. An annual $500,000 will be given in scholarships and salon business grants across five states: Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles and New Jersey. Visit BeyGOOD to learn more and to APPLY TODAY!

Beyoncé seems really passionate about this latest business venture and puts a lot of emphasis into her line being science-validated. She's promoting it a hell of a lot more than her actual albums, which is good to see but she's going to have to be consistent, like Rihanna, who is very hands on with her billion dollar Fenty Beauty brand. But overall, I'm excited for the line and seeing where it goes.
