Lizzo has retracted her post saying she quit after claiming she is “getting tired of putting up with being dragged by everyone in my life and on the internet.” Her clarification? “When I say I quit, I mean I quit giving any negative energy attention... what I’m not gonna quit is the joy of my life, which is making music.” Another tantrum as suspected. She needs to stop gaslighting people and leave well alone. Better yet, she needs to quit wearing ill fitting bathing suits that show low hanging boobs trying to run away from each other (and her).

I didn’t give the story the time of day for this reason - anybody who feels the need to announce their retirement is just seeking attention - if you really want to quit you just go ahead and do it. Just like ppl who want to commit suicide, no need to announce it to the world - one day they’re here, next they’re not.
