Kelly Rowland tells ABC Radio that she's recorded nearly 50 tracks for her untitled, fifth solo album. Sonically, the project will stay close to her R&B roots.

Kelly also promises to release the first single next month (February), and she's currently in rehearsals to shoot the music video. Kelly needs to go back to pop and dance music. It really suits her voice. Kelly is also a good dancer, so why not execute some Janet Jackson type choreo? This is so painful to say but clearly, the masses aren't trying to hear an R&B album from Kelly Rowland.
