I grew up on New Jack Swing, so this week was definitely a great moment to be reminded of one of those kick ass 90s classics! Justin Timberlake kicked off his '20/20 Experience' world tour at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Wednesday night. One of the highlights of the show was his nostalgic cover of Bell Biv DeVoe’s 'Poison', which came complete with full choreography and a delicious dance breakdown!
For the dance breakdown, he was assisted by two of his Tennessee Kids backup singers and the crowd went nuts! I know some folks are still pressed that a POP singer had to be the one to put R&B back on the mainstream map again this year. But at the end of the day, he puts the fun factor into his shows. Hell. I even found myself hitting the dancebreak alongside him! JT will take the tour across the States and Canada through March, and head to Europe in the spring.
