Trailer: Cheryl Cole & Mel B embark in battle for X Factor promo...
ITV releases the first trailer for the new series of The X Factor. It's very 'Game Of Thrones' inspired with a big budget and glossy cinematography. It features judges Cheryl Cole, Mel B, Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh embarking in a battle of the fittest as their categories go head to head.
The minute-long TV ad, directed by Ben Winston, has been pegged as the show's most expensive promo ever, reportedly costing over £1million to make and taking over a week to film. Cheryl really owns this ad, but despite the amount of money being spent, nothing makes me excited for this season. I think I'm officially over talent shows in general.
Thoughts?
