John Legend's 'Darkness and Light' sales predictions

In its first week, John Legend's new album 'Darkness and Light' is predicted to sell 35-40K (SPS), and 30-35K in pure sales.

Looks like 30K is the new 100K for Urban AC and contemporary R&B artists. Not good numbers for JL and I expected better. What's more shocking are the numbers that 'The Hamilton' mixtape is predicted to pull in (210K SPS / 180K pure sales). That's insane.
