Lady Gaga seen for the first time since dognapping incident...

Lady Gaga makes her first public appearance in Italy since the return of her stolen dogs. Somebody shoots her dog walker, and kidnaps two of her pets. She announces a $500,000 payout for their safe return. The next day a lady just suddenly walks by and "finds" them tied to a pole a few miles away. Someone would have had a better chance of finding a winning lottery ticket on a sidewalk. This stinks of Jussie Smollet.
