Mel B thanked her ❝Spice sister❞ Victoria Beckham for her ❝enormous generosity❞ after the fashion designer dressed her to receive her royal honours this week. Scary Spice, 46, received her MBE at Buckingham Palace and the two Spices reunited following 25 years of friendship.
