Chlöe Bailey receives backlash for single with Chris Brown | ❝How Does It Feel❞

Chlöe Bailey has come under major scrutiny for her decision to record and release a song, titled ❝How Does It Feel❞ with Chris Brown. The backlash came right after she announced the track as the second single off her upcoming debut album ❝In Pieces,❞ slated to be released next month. Chlöe's management did not consider it a problem to have Chlöe work with Brown because he has won back his popularity.

On top of that, his fanbase is hardcore. The man just got back from an American sold out tour. Plus, t
hree nights ago, he returned to the O2 arena in London to a sold out crowd. The show served as the first of six sold out concerts at the venue, which has the capacity of 20,000 people. Extra dates were added due to high demand. Another reason her management saw fit for them to collaborate were his collaborations with other female R&B singers (Tinashe, Normani and Sevyn to name the few.) Hell, even Keyshia Cole BEGGED him to collaborate and he turned her down THREE times. His restored power and popularity meant he had the privilege to choose and decline who he works with, although this would not have been the case 14 years ago! Brown has a long history of extreme violence against women, including his then-girlfriend Rihanna who he beat to a pulp back in 2009.

Forgiveness is a manifested mercy. Not everyone is willing to give it despite the embattled singer doing jail time and rehab. But his career took some time to bounce back and bounce back it certainly has! So no, her management will not be startled by some disgruntled tweets. The Chris Brown-assisted ❝How Does It Feel❞ drops on February 24th.

Throughout his career Chris has been an urban magnet with plenty hits on the R&B charts. Outside of Twitter ppl are here for it. I notice Twitter just troll on the internet and hype ppl up but they don’t really support look how they use to hype up Normani and when she drop records then Twitter numbers weren’t equating to the streaming numbers. smh
