Howard Stern burns Rihanna for ❝85%❞ lip sync job during Super Bowl Halftime Show...

While taking to the air on his SiriusXM show earlier this week, Howard Stern claims that Rihanna ❝lip-synced 85%❞ of her Super Bowl performance and was caught out by several microphone blunders. He said he didn't know why she bothered showing up. Seems a lot of people agree with his sentiments and are angry with her for accepting a high profile gig while knowing she was pregnant and not being able to perform to her maximum potential. They also feel another artist willing to give their all was robbed that opportunity. On another note, Rihanna is not known for her dancing abilities. Her singing talent has always been subjective, but would she have brought more to the performance had she NOT been pregnant? Absolutely.

The fact remains... this performance was a gift to her fans. They have been well aware she has not performed on a public stage in over five years. Rihanna could be pregnant with triplets. She could have stood there with her feet glued to the ground, and the Navy would still be lit from her performance. This is because the thirst for a Rihanna musical comeback has been seriously real.

I agree Toya, "The Thirst is REAL!"

Also, I'm starting to feel like I've outgrown Rihanna's catalogue. A lot of her material, especially those Dance/Pop songs(ie: Where Have You Been/S&M/We Found Love) don't really hit the same as they did like when they came out in the late 2000s/2010s.

But hey, maybe that's just me.

It's not just you.

Yeah, I was trying to be disrespectful but, alot of those songs just don't hit the same way to me. It reminds me of the Bubblegum Pop Era with Britney/N'Sync/Backstreet Boys!

Sadly, imo, those early Max Martin produced bubblegum Pop albums didn't age well from the late 90s/early 2000s, even though they were going DIAMOND OUT THE ASS! 😕

Then Rih should've just done a Vegas residency or a one-night only show for just her fans. Not use the biggest platform in the US to deliver mediocrity.
