Sources reveal to Page Six that Britney Spears' "brutally honest" memoir (via publisher Simon & Schuster) will “shake the world.” Ghostwriter Sam Lansky has reportedly helped Britney to expose greedy family members that exploited her during an abusive conservatorship. Added will be her breakup with Justin Timberlake and her controversial head-shaving incident. The book is reportedly now complete and going through final legal revisions for a planned release this Fall.
