BET Honors 2016...

R&B's finest came out for the BET Honors at the Warner Theater in Washington, D.C. last night. 

Monica need never stray away from the black hair again. Sans the dress, she looked absolutely stunning. The ceremony is set to broadcast March 14th on BET.
