Mariah Carey premieres Hit-Boy produced new single 'Thirsty', unwraps artwork...

Just moments ago, Mariah Carey premiered her brand new single 'Thirsty' (featuring Rich Homie Quan) on 'The Breakfast Club.' It's no 'Migrate', but it bops enough for top 40 radio. She's not really singing over the trap beat but given the nature of it, that's not a necessity. I can live with it but I'm not salivating over the production. That might be because the beat sounds astonishingly similar to 'Niggas In Paris' and the hook doesn't strike out enough.

That's just my opinion. But what do YOU think? Does MC have a hit on her hands this time? Check out both versions in high quality below.

The song was co-written by Mariah with the collaboration of Denisia Andrews, Maryann Tatum, and Chauncey Hollis aka Hit-Boy, who also produced it. The cut will feature on her fourteenth studio album, ‘Me. I Am Mariah… The Elusive Chanteuse‘, due May 27th, via Def Jam.
