Five years after she dropped her last album, and Ameriie returns with her new single 'What I Want.' It's funky, upbeat, and groovy and sees Ameriie returning to her go-go roots. It's more along the lines of her 2005 Rich Harrison-produced hit '1 Thing' and samples Sugarhill Gang’s 'Apache.' The song has a very catchy chorus but I don't think it will do anything in this current climate.
