Congratulations to Kelly Rowland, who announces in Women's Health that she is expecting her second child. She mentions her fans being mad about her new album being delayed, but let's at least be real. A new album was never going to come any time soon for the half a dozen fans that were checking for it. Besides, quarantine babies are the IN thing now, and they have been a blessing.
