When Ciara pops up at the VMAs red carpet it’s over for the girls. She always completes the assignment. Of course she delivered a scintillating display in a lacy black sheer dress by Tom Ford which featured a large cut-out at the chest. Her husband was cheering her on and stanning from the sidelines. Ciara served both face and body in the very ensemble she dreamed about since watching it on the runway during her pregnancy with son Win. 

 

And winning she certainly did.
