Leona Lewis announces ❝Christmas With Love❞ UK tour...

Earlier tonight, Leona Lewis hit the road as the support act for Gary Barlow's
long-awaited UK arena tour which finally kicked off a few hours ago in Belfast.
Leona is using the momentum for her own solo Christmas tour titled Christmas
With Love, which commences November 30th and wraps December 17th.

She will play a dozen dates across Glasgow, Newcastle, Nottingham, London, Birmingham, Liverpool, Sheffield and Manchester to name the few. Tickets are now available on Live NationI always wonder what happens to artists who fall off or just stop making music for whatever reason, and I know she had to swallow her pride a bit for this one. From headlining her own tour during her hot commodity era to becoming a support act for a Take That hasbeen is a hard pill to swallow. It's a testament of lost fame and declining popularity. But she is getting rave reviews for tonight's performance and if this is her leeway to getting a foot through the door in reigniting a possible music comeback, then hell, why not?

“Take that has been” is really undermining considering how huge all those Take that comeback tours were. They were breaking records. If anything Leona should be grateful.

Grateful due to how far shes declined yes, however Toya is right, it is a major come down from her peak years 2007 to 2010. Take That may have done well with their comebacks but Gary Barlow is hardly a major player as a solo act, definitely not internationally and arguably not even in the UK these days, whereas Leona used to be a big thing.
