In an exclusive interview with NME, Mariah Carey has revealed that she ❝reached out❞to Britney Spears while she was placed under conservatorship.
The cover girl who is featured on the digital cover of NME's Big Read told the publication:❝I think everybody on this planet deserves to be free and what they did to her, what I saw, was horrific. So I reached out to her through a mutual friend because I wanted her to know: 'Guess what? You're not alone.'❞Britney and Mariah can relate to each other's struggles. They both had to deal with toxic family members, and Mariah likely reached out to Britney for purely that reason. Fortunately, Mariah was able to set boundaries and cut toxic family from her life, when Britney was powerless to do so. Until now.
