Kelly Rowland shows support to ❝COLORIST❞ Chris Brown at the AMAs after they axe his performance...

Kelly Rowland found herself shushing the audience at last night's AMAs so she could praise Chris Brown for "making great R&B music" and for "being an incredible performer." Kelly thanked him for his contributions to music following his win for Favourite Male R&B Artist, which was met with boos. Brown, who was understandably absent, revealed he was supposed to perform a 7-minute Michael Jackson tribute in celebration of Thriller's 40th anniversary, but the AMAs suddenly and unexpectedly cancelled his performance for "reasons unknown."

.
He was so infuriated at the AMAs that he shared the normally private rehearsal footage on Instagram to show his fans what he was proud to be working on for the performance. Feel free to disagree if you want but that man does NOT make great R&B music. Secondly, a lot of people feel some way about this strong show of support given that Brown has made disparaging, colorist remarks towards dark skinned black women, and well, Kelly is a dark skinned black woman. However, they've been supporting each other for years so it's no surprise she showed out for him.

Humm I understand Brown’s sketchy comments in the past & behaviour & as Rihanna’s fan, the bias also…but Kelly said he makes « great rnb music & he’s a great perfomer » & objectively that statement is 100% fact, hate it or love it.
Chris Brown is A GREAT PERFORMER & he does have in his catalogue an array of great rnb music - lets not deny that.
He might put 1000 songs a month lol but few of them are still pretty good r&b music.

Kelly just spitted true facts defending the guy’s art.
(+ Ama’s fans voting i think therefore a lot of people seem to agree with her it seems).
