Christina Aguilera seemingly responds to Pink after the acrobat tried to reignite their feud from 23 years ago. But Christina says she won't be baited when she recently had a chat on ‘Call Her Daddy’ podcast. “I just want none of it anymore, being part of the headline. It’s like something that as a grown woman we can have more control over. I don’t like getting poked under the table because then the claws come out,” she says, adding, “Don’t poke the bear any more. I don’t need to be talking about things that happened decades ago. Let’s grow up; let’s embrace – now more than ever is the time for that.”
Imagine if she had said this: "that punk bitch is still mad because Linda Perry chose ME to record 'Beautiful' instead!" And if she was still that sassy 21-year-old from back in the day, she probably would have! But she's not. And as she stated in the podcast, they are grown women who have had kids since, and it's time to grow up. In Pink's defence, she is the type of woman that is very straight to the point. So when she gets asked something, she is going to answer with cut-throat honesty. The thing is, Pink isn't the one that brings up Christina in these latest batch of interviews. And nobody is misunderstanding that these celebrities approve these questions beforehand. In fact, before Beyoncé completely ditched face to face interviews, journalists were told up front NOT to ask her about certain topics. And Ariana Grande's reps also gave press strict instructions to avoid questions related to specific topics which included Mariah Carey, former co-star Jennette McCurdy and her ex-boyfriends and current relationships. So Pink could easily do the same. But stirring the pot, or allowing herself to be baited makes headlines. And those headlines brings further attention to her new album. And all that is good until... she starts feeling the backlash and then feels obligated to do some damage control. But damage control would not have been needed in the first place had she done what Christina did. That is... by saying she doesn't need to talk about something that happened decades ago.

Ok Toya I mean come on here haha! I got mad respect for you girl and yes Pink is straightforward but she should also know 20+ years in this game that she's going to be baited and unfortunately this time it backfired. They squashed it years back so in hindsight of course she rehashed it. I am annoyed for Xtina and I'm not saying she's perfect but these women are in their 40's now and Pink does come off as a mean girl.
