Ashanti talks 'Early In The Morning' video concept...

During an interview with HitFix this week, Ashanti revealed that the music video for her French Montana-assisted new single 'Early In The Morning' will have a “sexy vibe” to it. She coyly reveals: “It’s about how sometimes you wake up in that morning and you have that mmmm on your mind.” I'm actually surprised Ashanti is continuing to give two hoots about her non-selling album 'Braveheart.' These days, she seems to care more about posting bikini shots on Instagram for mass approval.

After all, it's not like her latest music is getting the mass approval that it did during the height of her career. Unfortunately, the struggle is real for today's artists trying to hang on to the shred of relevancy they may have left.
