Video Premiere: Justin Bieber – ‘All That Matters’...

Justin Bieber's attempt at some hood moves is admirable but not entirely convincing. Hanging around with rappers is bound to have that effect funnily enough.

The song is pretty solid though but my ears would be more welcoming if it weren't for those vanilla vocals. The steamy visuals for 'All That Matters' serves as the second release in his #MusicMondays series. The young madam he is seen getting intimate with in the Colin Tilley-directed clip is played by 19-year-old model Cailin Russo. Biebs previously debuted a viral clip for the same song, which was shot on the Great Wall of China. Check it out.
