At least this way, she gets to promote her new music at the back of the X Factor hype machine. A win win for her I guess. It doesn't hurt that she gets a big fat cheque at the end of it. I read her autobiography and I could have swore she said she was closing the book on that chapter of her life and could never see herself returning. But when your career is at stake, sometimes it's hard to turn your back on the hand that feeds you. I liked Cheryl as a judge. She was honest, and her tit for tat relationship with Cowell made for great TV. On top of that, ratings were at an all time high. Hopefully, they can get the flailing show back to where it needs to be. Will I be watching? Absolutely.
