He was released at 11:19 p.m. on $250,000 bail. According to jail records, he is scheduled to be arraigned on September 20th Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center. His lawyer Mark Geragos has released the following statement:
So he still has to go to court, and can *still* end up doing a long stretch in jail if found guilty of said accusations. All sorts of things are coming out about the alleged victim though.
