Kamala Harris cuts a fierce figure on the cover of Vogue. #Serving

Ahead of the January 20th inauguration, Vice President-elect Kamala Harris is serving on the double cover of Vogue magazine‘s February issue.

Harris made headlines and history when she became the first woman and person of colour to be elected as Vice President of the United States.

Without a doubt, powder-blue looks great on Kamala.
.
This woman stays knowing how to rock a bad ass suit with style and precision, alongside a bouncy press and curl for the final finish! Her "let's get to work" attitude is certainly shining through on the cover, which is being distributed for the digital version.

The second cover where she is more casual and wearing sneakers is the one that's being heavily criticised. This is the one that will be used for the print version. I can see why people think it's messy, but it's not that bad. It just isn't as put together as the other cover. Meh. A magazine cover doesn't define this woman's greatness. She's certainly destined for great things in 2021 and beyond! Click here to check out the entire cover story.

I think it has to do with the colors in the background and the fact that they had to include the sneakers. But regardless, in my book she can do no wrong.

I, personally, don’t care about the colors or the sneakers. People need to get out of this idea that you have to present a certain way to do your job. The second cover just kind of looks like she’s posing for an Instagram picture, and not so much like a professional photo shoot for vogue.I’m sure there was a better shot.
