Chlöe Bailey reveals she is in the studio working with Pharrell Williams and The Neptunes. Chloe is a very talented producer herself, and this was undoubtedly a huge moment for her. The hottest producers want to work with this girl, and they are not going to lace her up with sh*t quality records. 

She's very deserving of the opportunities coming her way and boy, aren't they coming?! Don't be surprised if her upcoming VMAs performance becomes the most talked about performance of the night. If anyone deserves to be this generation's breakout star, it's most certainly her.
