Is it simply delusional to believe Rihanna is genuinely returning in full force next week Sunday? The album? A tour announcement? A new single? Like is it finally happening? Or is the thirst so real that many of us will simply allow ourselves to be trolled again? And again and again? According to a report, Rihanna will announce dates for her first tour in over six years following her halftime performance at Super Bowl LVII on Sunday. The tour will reportedly start in North America in 2023 before heading to Europe in 2024. She is said to be planning ❝mini residencies in major cities❞ in order to not have to move venues every day. This actually makes sense since this would accommodate her role as a new mom.
As for new music, Variety VIP+ is speculating that Rihanna’s highly anticipated 9th studio album could very well drop right after the Super Bowl. They claim they have a ❝hunch❞ that newly appointed Super Bowl sponsors Apple will announce soon after that Rihanna’s new album will be available on Apple Music. As I say... seeing is believing.
