Lizzo’s sexual harassment case cleared to go to trial after Judge denies singer’s request to toss lawsuit...

A Los Angeles judge on Friday (Feb 2nd) denied Lizzo’s motion to toss out an explosive sexual harassment lawsuit filed by three of her former backup dancers, dismissing certain accusations but allowing the case as a whole to move forward toward a trial.

Judge Mark H. Epstein tossed out some claims – including one that Lizzo fat-shamed one of her dancers – but ruled that the remainder of the case could go forward. Yikes. This could be career destroying, and it won't be so easy for her to climb out of that big black hole especially as a black woman being accused of heinous acts. Her PR team will probably have to dabble in some Harry Potter type wizardry to ensure she comes out of this unscathed and bad ass Olivia Pope simply said no.
While 50 Cent may or may not be pondering on whether to create a "Surviving Lizzo," she will probably just go back to hiding in the shadows again.

Good. I know it’s innocent until proven guilty, but those accusations are very specific and I believe she did what she’s being accused of.
